He is passionate about revolutionizing how we approach global economic development and disaster recovery with innovative, cost-efficient, human-centered solutions.

Pilar leads with vision and humility. Pilar oversees corporate strategies, financial management, business leadership, and builds scaled operational strategies to help address global housing, hunger, and environmental solutions. As a worldwide leader, she understands the transformative power of a vision executed with exceptional policies and practices. Pilar helps anticipate future trends, develop long-term financial strategies, and align financial planning with 3D Print Group’s mission and vision.
Rabiic Gedi - CIO
Rabiic is certified by the World Bank in Ocean Thermal Energy and Climate Change Action and works internationally with Africa and other countries seeking economic development solutions. Rabiic has helped lead conversations with world leaders to forge investments in infrastructure while addressing inequities and promoting environmental sustainability
Tom Newland - CMO
Tom has led aquaculture projects across Africa and the Americas and is committed to bringing sustainable solutions in housing, agriculture, and molecular engineering. He is committed to humanitarian projects, including housing, power generation, and AI agriculture. He has been invited by heads of state and university administrators, including Historically Black Colleges and Universities, to inspire human-centered solutions for global projects.

Lee has a vast knowledge of 3D Print technology and is a strong advocate for the increased use of innovation and technology to advance the housing, energy, and farming needs of our time. He brings a creative vision that democratizes and revolutionizes industries, economies, and society.
